I have scheduled our MDT transition meeting for Tuesday, June 10th @ 12:45 p.m.

 

This meeting is to discuss strategies that were effective for children identified with severe needs, and to assist in their transition to grade 1. We will also create a list of children who will require further services and children who may be at risk with their literacy skills.

 

This meeting will include the kindergarten teacher(s), Learning Coach, and Admin (if available). Early Learning will cover the cost of one ½ day sub for the kindergarten teachers. (Please book the sub using Code 34, and in the notes indicate MDT Transition Meeting). If the Grade one teacher has been identified, they can be invited to this meeting. Please let me know if they will attend, and Early Learning will cover the cost of the sub.
